Finance Committee
This committee in consultation with the Treasurer and with the approval of the Board of Trustees, shall recommend the policies and procedures for the deposit and disbursement of all monies allocated to the Association. The committee shall also be responsible for submitting an annual budget to the Board of Trustees for approval. At least three members of committee shall be former officers or members of the Board of Trustees.

Membership Committee
This committee shall be responsible for setting written policy regarding membership categories and all dues and criteria regarding those categories subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees. Its members shall be responsible for assuring membership services, recruitment and retention. The committee shall be responsible for developing membership recruitment plans and activities and carrying them out after approval of the Board of Trustees.
