POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The New Jersey Pharmacists Association is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).  The Chief Executive Officer is employed at the headquarters of the New Jersey Pharmacists Association (NJPhA).  The CEO will implement, direct or otherwise supervise the activities, functions and practices of the Association in accordance with the Association’s Constitution and By-Laws and thereafter in accordance with any other duly adopted amendments.

Critical competencies and experience for this position include:  successful membership development and retention; effective verbal and written communications; proven experience in staff and volunteer leadership and motivation; ability to serve and represent a diverse membership; excellent computer skills including database and website managment; knowledgeable in legislative and regulatory processes and advocacy.  Applicants must have financial experience including budgeting and tax liabilities for 501c6 and 501c3 organizations.  Salary and benefits are commensurate with education and experience. Part Time Pharmacist Bridgeton NJ

Position Available:  Flexible Part-time, presently looking for 18 to 24 hours per week. 

Description: As A Part-time Staff Pharmacist you will have full support of a highly experienced operational team available to you, including an entrepreneurial PIC, a nationally recognized 340B and Regulatory Specialist, a Certified Input Technician, bilingual Certified Fulfillment Technicians, NJ registered technical staff and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including dispensing and supervising activities in the pharmacy according to established policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws and regulation. Compounding experience is a plus.  You’ll need the ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns in addition to the ability to work cooperatively with pharmacy staff and Medical Providers and staff. 

Facility: Woodruff’s Drugs is located in the heart of a rural community. Custom fixtures with antique highlights and a bright, comfortable work space accommodate the needs of the practice. The ScriptPro robotic unit fills approximately 50% of the completed Rxs.  Patient safety is augmented by an HBS/SXC workflow solution.

Pharmacy: Open 51 hours per week.  Hours 9 -5 MTTF, 9-8 on Wed, 9-3 on Saturday and closed many holidays.
